Administration

Administration keeps the Village running. The Village Administrator leads day-to-day operations, the Village Clerk keeps the official records, and the front desk at Village Hall is where most resident questions start.

If you're not sure who to call, start here. Staff will point you to the right department and make sure your request lands with the right person.

What we do

  • Run the Village's day-to-day operations and carry out the Board's direction.
  • Keep official records — meeting minutes, ordinances, resolutions, and contracts.
  • Handle Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests for public records.
  • Manage hiring, benefits, and human resources for Village staff.
  • Post meeting agendas and notices and support the Village Board and committees.
  • Greet residents at the front desk and route questions to the right department.
