Pay a bill
Pay your water, sewer, and garbage bill online in about a minute, set up automatic payments, or go paperless. The Village bills utilities through the BS&A online payment portal.
Ways to pay
- Online — pay by card or e-check through the BS&A portal (fastest).
- Auto-pay — enroll once and your bill is drafted automatically each cycle.
- By mail — send a check to Village Hall, 87 Galligan Road, Gilberts, IL 60136.
- In person — pay at the Village Hall counter, Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–4:30 PM.
- Drop box — leave a check in the secure drop box outside Village Hall any time.
Pay online in three steps
- Open the BS&A payment portal and look up your account by address or account number.
- Review your current balance and choose card or e-check.
- Submit — you'll get an emailed receipt and can opt into paperless billing.
Billing questions & assistance
Utility bills are issued on a regular cycle. If you're moving in or out, or your bill looks wrong, contact Village Hall and staff will help you sort it out before any late fee or shut-off notice applies.
Moving? Set up or transfer utility service a few days before your move-in date so there's no gap in water or trash pickup.
