Public Works keeps the water flowing, the streets clear, and the sewers working. The crews at 180 Industrial Drive handle the everyday infrastructure that's easy to take for granted until something breaks.
See a pothole, a water main break, or a dark streetlight? Report it and Public Works will route it to the right crew.
What we do
- Maintain the water system and keep drinking water safe and flowing.
- Repair streets, fill potholes, and maintain signs and streetlights.
- Plow and salt Village streets during winter storms.
- Operate and maintain the sanitary and storm sewer systems.
- Collect curbside garbage, recycling, and yard waste through the Village's hauler.
- Respond to water main breaks and other infrastructure emergencies.
