Bids & RFPs
The Village buys goods and services from local and regional vendors through an open, fair process. Here's how to find current opportunities and submit a winning bid.
How Village bidding works
When the Village needs work done — road resurfacing, mowing, engineering, software, and more — it posts the opportunity publicly so any qualified vendor can compete. Larger projects use a formal sealed bid or a Request for Proposals (RFP). The goal is the best value for taxpayers, awarded in the open.
How to respond
- Read the full bid or RFP package and note the due date and any required forms.
- Ask questions early — contact Village Hall before the question deadline listed in the package.
- Prepare your proposal with pricing, references, and proof of insurance.
- Submit before the deadline. Late or incomplete bids can't be accepted.
